Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments made to NAD Injections Online may be eligible for a refund. Effective date: September 1, 2026.

Medical Evaluation and Eligibility

Payment for an NAD Injections Online program does not guarantee that a healthcare provider will determine that you are medically appropriate for treatment or that a prescription will be issued. Medical eligibility and treatment decisions are made by the independent healthcare provider responsible for your evaluation. If the healthcare provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, any potential refund will be determined based on the services already provided and the specific program purchased.

Services Already Provided

Once a medical consultation, evaluation, intake review, or other service has been performed, the portion of the payment attributable to that completed service may not be refundable.

Prescription Medications

Prescription medications and compounded medications that have been dispensed or shipped generally cannot be returned or refunded due to applicable medication safety, pharmacy, and handling requirements.

NAD Injections Online Return Policy

We regret that we cannot accept returns on any custom compounds or commercial prescription products. State law dictates that once a prescription medication leaves the premises of a pharmacy, it can no longer be returned. State regulations prohibit the return and resale of such items. We encourage chemically sensitive patients to discuss any problems with their healthcare providers and thoroughly inquire about ingredients before filling a prescription or purchasing new therapies through NAD Injections Online.

Order Inspection and Discrepancies

Please check every order for completeness and accuracy as well as any possible damage. Upon receipt of product, any discrepancies must be disputed within 24 hours.

Address and Phone Changes

Please notify NAD Injections Online immediately if your address or phone number has changed.

Missed Appointments and Incomplete Information

Refund eligibility may be affected when a patient misses a required appointment, fails to provide information necessary for a medical evaluation, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, fails to complete required laboratory testing, or otherwise prevents the requested service from being completed.

Refund Requests

Refund requests for eligible services or other charges should be submitted through NAD Injections Online’s designated customer-support or contact channel. Approved refunds, where applicable, will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

Individual Review

Refund requests may be reviewed individually based on the services purchased, services already provided, medication status, applicable pharmacy requirements, and applicable law. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
