The basics

NAD+ injections vs IV drips and supplements

Plain definitions first. The physician covers what applies to you.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell, where it takes part in energy metabolism. Its levels in many tissues decline with age.1

People take NAD+ in several ways: as an IV infusion, as an injection, as a nasal spray, capsule or troche, or indirectly through oral precursors such as nicotinamide riboside, sold as supplements.

NAD Injections Online coordinates the injectable, and the nasal, capsule or troche forms where the physician chooses them. It does not offer IV infusions. For injectable vitamins alongside it, see vitamin B12 and nutrient injections.

Why NAD Injections Online

What people ask before booking NAD+ injections

Six frustrations, and how this service answers each one.

“I can’t find a price anywhere.”

The per-vial price is on this page, and the full amount is confirmed before you pay.

“What if the physician says no?”

Then nothing is prescribed, nothing ships and you pay nothing. There is no membership to cancel.

“I can’t sit in an IV chair for hours.”

NAD+ here is an injection you use at home, on the physician’s schedule. No clinic appointment.

“I want to know what is in it.”

Injectable NAD+, 100 mg/mL, prepared by a licensed pharmacy for you. The physician goes through it before anything is prescribed.

“The claims online sound too good.”

NAD Injections Online makes no outcome promises. An independent physician tells you what is known, and what is not.

“I’ve never given myself an injection.”

The physician’s directions cover how to prepare, give and store each dose, and your wellness consultant answers practical questions.

Is it right for you?

  • ✓ Prefer an injection at home to an IV clinic
  • ✓ Prefer a set price to a monthly plan
  • ✓ Take other treatments and want everything reviewed together

What you need to start

  • • Adult, 18 or older
  • • Located in a state we serve at your consultation
  • • Your health history and current medicines
  • • No known allergy to an ingredient in the preparation

The evidence

What NAD+ research measured

Background from published studies, cited below. None of it is a promise about your outcome.

01

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every living cell, and its levels in many tissues decline with age.1

02

In a study of healthy middle-aged and older adults, oral supplementation with an NAD+ precursor (nicotinamide riboside) raised blood NAD+ levels and was well tolerated.2

03

A small pilot study measured how a six-hour intravenous NAD+ infusion changed NAD+ and related metabolites in blood and urine.3

None of those studies tested the injectable a licensed pharmacy prepares for one patient, and none measured symptoms.

Important safety information

NAD+ injection side effects and safety

Read this before your consultation, and ask the physician about anything unclear.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. No approved label lists its uses or side effects, so the physician works from your history and clinical judgment, tells you what is known and what is uncertain, and sets how often you check in.

Tell the physician first

  • Active cancer, or a history of cancer
  • If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Any past reaction to an injection
  • Every medicine and supplement you take

Possible reactions

  • Redness, swelling or bruising where the injection is given
  • Flushing, nausea, headache or lightheadedness

Get help right away

  • Trouble breathing, or swelling of the face, lips or throat: call 911
  • Hives, a racing heartbeat or feeling faint after a dose
  • Anything else unexpected: tell the physician the same day

FAQ

Questions about NAD+ injections

The questions people ask before they book.

How much do NAD+ injections cost?

The per-vial price is on this page, with no membership. How long a vial lasts depends on the prescribed dose, and the physician sets that.

NAD+ injection or NAD+ IV: what is the difference?

An IV is given in a clinic, often over hours. An injection is used at home on the schedule the physician sets. NAD Injections Online coordinates injections, not IVs.

Is injectable NAD+ FDA-approved?

No. It is compounded by a licensed pharmacy for one patient, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

How often are NAD+ injections taken?

As often as the physician prescribes. There is no standard schedule, so it is set for you and reviewed at follow-up.

Which side effects does the physician ask you to report?

Reported reactions include redness or bruising where it is given, flushing, nausea, headache and lightheadedness. Call 911 for trouble breathing or swelling of the face or throat.

Do I need blood work before NAD+?

Only if the physician needs it. Any cost is confirmed before you pay.

Put the NAD+ question to a physician

Start with a call with a wellness consultant. The physician then reviews your history in a telehealth consultation and gives you a clear decision, reviewed again at follow-up.

Telehealth from home
Adults 18+

Treatment requires a prescription. A licensed clinician evaluates you by telehealth and decides whether any medication is appropriate. Booking does not guarantee a prescription. Availability depends on your state: you must be located in a state where an independent physician is licensed to treat you at the time of your consultation. For adults 18 and older.
