Prescriber and pharmacy

Prescriber and pharmacy contact

Who prescribed your medication, which pharmacy dispensed it, and how to reach each of them.

Reaching your prescriber

Questions about a prescription? Your dedicated wellness consultant is your first call and can arrange a follow-up visit with the prescribing physician. Prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies, including Empower Pharmacy, (877) 562-8577, and Hallandale Pharmacy, (954) 455-3822.

How the chain works

A wellness consultant on the care team schedules the telehealth review, and an independent licensed physician decides whether to prescribe. The pharmacy step follows only if a prescription is written.

Medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy, generally within 5 to 7 business days of the prescription reaching the pharmacy. The care team collects the payment and coordinates fulfillment.

Your prescription names the physician who wrote it and the pharmacy it was sent to; the pharmacy’s label carries its own contact details. For anything that does not fit those two, the contact page lists the ways to reach a wellness consultant.
